Who we are

NOVA Horse (“we”, “us”) is a dressage-horse matchmaking agency based in Belgium. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. To contact us about privacy, email info@nova-horse.com.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you submit through our contact, sell and newsletter forms — such as your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, budget band, timeline and what you’re looking for.
  • Analytics data (only if you accept cookies): anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymisation enabled.
  • To respond to your enquiry and provide our service — legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
  • To send you occasional updates if you subscribe — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To understand and improve the website — consent (analytics cookies).

Cookies & analytics

By default we set no non-essential cookies. Analytics load only after you click Accept on our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. We honour browser Do-Not-Track signals where feasible.

Who we share it with (processors)

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
  • Resend — sending and routing our form emails.
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised website analytics (only with consent).
  • Cal.com — discovery-call scheduling (loads only with consent).

We never sell your data, and we never share it with horse sellers without your knowledge.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email info@nova-horse.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
